We offer both Hamer and KwikLok bag closers to automate your packaging operation. Each of these closers may be attached to a bagger such as the NEWTEC VB40CAE to automatically close filled bags.
The KwikLok bag closers will close any package width without adjustments. Package width limitations are determined by the closure opening, not the gearing of the machine. The KwikLok closers will adapt to most automatic bagging operations on the market.
Kwik Lok manufactures four styles of bag closures for use with the 865 Automatic Bag Closing Machine. In addition, these closures are produced in various plastic thicknesses enabling Kwik Lok to handle a wide range of package types, weights and sizes. The closures can be printed with price, date and/or code information by printers mounted on the 865 to permit in-line printing as the bags are being closed. |

Hamer 125 Wire Ring Closer
The Hamer 125 features a tamper-proof wire ring seal, and sealed roller bearings for reduced maintenance, and long product life. Uses 16, 17, or 18 gauge wire.

KwikLok 865A Bag Closer
The Model B has an extended feed belt attachment. The Model C has a bridge structure connecting the drive and idle belt sides of the machine.
