Haith offers gentle Tote and Crate loading systems.  They are available in single and double configurations.  The product lowering conveyor fills product from the bottom.  Once an empty tote or crate is positioned, the lowering conveyor descends to the bottom.   As product fills, the conveyor retracts, assuring that product is not bruised.

In addition, Haith offers a variety of Tote and Crate unloading.  Ask us about unloading totes from the top.  This design "clamps" the pigtail and holds the top of the tote while pivoting and dumping product.  There are no more bridging problems to deal with!

All systems are available in mild steel or stainless steel construction.
