Huntsinger Farms

Huntsinger Farms in Hegins, Pennsylvania was the first U.S. potato packer to invest in the CELOX.  Huntsinger has been watching the development of optical grading and sizing equipment for many years.  They trialed the first version "ASTRO" and gave NEWTEC valuable input to help create the current generation:  CELOX.

John Terwiliger and Jared Maurer know the machine inside and out.  Both have a lot of experience in set-up, fine tuning, troubleshooting, and operating the CELOX.

 Metz Potato  
Metz Potato was the first packer in Colorado to invest in a CELOX.  They replaced their Hagan sizer in the fall of 2009 and are utilizing a 12 + 1 CELOX configuration.  Greg and Bill Metz have worked through this first season and are thankful to have quick and qualified support from Ag-Pak's local agents:  Steve Otto and Justin Pepper.

Metz has provided valuable feedback which NEWTEC has used to improve the system.  Metz has a reputation for providing high quality product and demands that the CELOX grade and size consistently and accurately.
